That may take away an excuse for eating up your flatmate’s spaghetti, but can also save your mint condition, white sneakers from her muddy hiking shoes.
Initial framework
Everyone is a unique snowflake. Barely anyone likes trash overflowing the bin.
After over a decade of working with young residents, we provide solutions to help them start off the right foot. Fair shared expenses sheet, household items shopping list or schedule for taking out the trash are not rocket science, but we can save you the effort of working it out. Unless you really want.
Knowledge of our basic house rules is a requirement for signing the rental agreement. Following some of them is optional and negotiable with the remaining residents.
Legitimacy
It isn’t about ethics. It’s pragmatism.
We provide understandable, bilingual contract in advance. You will have plenty of time to review and consult before signing it.
Once you are signed up, we can provide most accommodation related documents required for legalising your stay in Poland, opening a bank account or getting reimbursement form your scholarship.
